Who we are

Tendthrive Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, number 17515156. Our registered office is Aacsl Accountants House, 9 Astra Centre, Edinburgh Way, Harlow, Essex CM20 2BN. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@tendthrive.com.

This website

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics. We do not track visitors. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short lived technical logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to run and protect the service. We do not see or keep those logs.

When you contact us

If you email us, we keep your name, your contact details and what you tell us so that we can reply and follow up. We keep enquiries for twelve months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a customer. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Email is handled by Microsoft 365, hosted in the United Kingdom.

Our product

When a care provider uses Tendthrive, the provider is the data controller for the records of the people it supports and its staff, and we process that data on the provider's instructions under a written data processing agreement. Records are held in a UK data centre. We do not use customer data to train AI models. The provider's own privacy notice explains this to the people whose data it holds.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@tendthrive.com. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us by emailing privacy@tendthrive.com or writing to the registered office above. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and give you a full answer within thirty days. We keep a record of every complaint and what we did about it. If your complaint is about a care provider's use of our product, we will pass it to that provider within one working day and tell you we have done so.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Security

If you believe you have found a security weakness in this website or our product, email security@tendthrive.com. We acknowledge reports within two working days. Details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.
